I just wanted to write a note of thanks to the guys at More Than Lofts Limited- they really helped us out of a scrape today.

We had a printer being delivered today that was too large to fit through our office doorway and we had a scheduled double glazing company to come and remove and then replace a window to get the printer into the office.  They cancelled and let us down yesterday afternoon at 3pm leaving us with a printer scheduled to be delivered this morning at 10:00 am and no way to get the machine into the office without a hammer!!

I made a couple of phone calls and eventually had a great conversation with More Than Lofts who said they’d come out and take a look at the window and let me know if they would be able to accomodate us at such short notice (everyone else had told us that they needed about a weeks notice).

I had to disappear to a meeting yesterday evening but Stacy from MoreThan went to our office at 7:30pm and confirmed that he’d be able to help us out on the telephone at 9:30pm yesterday evening. (even though it was his wifes birthday dinner Stacy – please pass on thanks to her for understanding)

Stacy arrived this morning exactly on time with his team and did a great job in removing the window and even helped the guys lift the printer in through the window before putting the window back in again afterwards.

Its really great to know we have such a helpful company locally in Worcester Park that are not only professional and efficient but are able and willing to go the extra mile when needed.  I am delighted we were able to have Stacy and More Than Lofts as our local supplier – I cant recommend them highly enough and will definately be using them for future works. 

I wish them luck with their 2nd shop frontage in Worcester Park on Central Road and hope that their 4 year old business continues to grow.
